Problem Insurance agencies burn 15–20 hours per producer per week on renewal follow-ups, certificate triage, scheduling, and policy routing — repetitive admin that doesn't need a human.
Approach Multi-tenant agentic platform with Clerk-scoped orgs, BYOK model keys encrypted at rest, OAuth into Google Workspace and Slack, and an MCP tool layer that lets AI coworkers take real actions inside the agencies' existing stack.
Outcome Live pilots reclaiming 15–20 hours per week of admin work, sub-60-second response times on common internal requests, and 24/7 coverage for producers and service staff.
